This hotel feels like a second home with its warm and welcoming service. The location is excellent, right next to public transportation making it easy to explore the city. I had a wonderful stay at The Continent Hotel Bangkok. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us, especially when we needed help with a last-minute change. The location is perfect, right by shopping and the BTS skytrain. However, I think the breakfast could include more authentic Thai dishes to enhance the experience. Overall, it was a great value for money with a few minor areas for improvement.
