This hotel feels like a second home with its warm and welcoming service. The location is excellent, right next to public transportation making it easy to explore the city. While the rooms might be a bit small and dark at first glance, they are comfortable and clean. The breakfast has shown improvement, but there are still areas like coffee quality that could be addressed. Overall, it's a wonderful place to stay with great staff who truly care about your experience.

I had a wonderful stay at The Continent Hotel Bangkok. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us, especially when we needed help with a last-minute change. The location is perfect, right by shopping and the BTS skytrain. However, I think the breakfast could include more authentic Thai dishes to enhance the experience. Overall, it was a great value for money with a few minor areas for improvement.
